Can't access trader rating screen? - Guild Wars Forums

For some reason whenever I try and access the trader rating screen I get this message:

vBulletin Message

Jade, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Anyone else get this? How do I fix it? Also for some reason unknown to me, I can't view anyone's avatar under thier name. Is there a way to fix this as well?

ty, I kinda thought it might have something to do with it. But I wanted to make sure it wasn't something simple.
